Our portfolio spans concept commissions for independent operators, chef-led openings, and hospitality groups expanding along the Costa Blanca and Costa del Azahar. Projects remain confidential until clients launch, but the range below reflects the typologies we know well: compact Ruzafa wine bars, Ciutat Vella tasting rooms, beachfront chiringuitos repositioned for year-round trade, and hotel F&B refreshes near Feria Valencia.
Ciutat Vella and Eixample
Historic centre sites demand respect for existing fabric while inserting contemporary hospitality infrastructure. Recent concepts include a forty-cover rice-focused dining room in a Calle del Mar property where we preserved an original beam ceiling and inserted a discreet open kitchen; and a cocktail-led venue near Mercat Central where the bar forms the room's spine and daylight from a interior patio drives the material palette. Both reached planning presentation stage with landlord approval secured before fit-out tender.
Ruzafa and Benimaclet
Valencia's creative neighbourhoods favour bold identity and late service hours. We developed a multi-room concept for a natural-wine operator in Ruzafa with distinct atmosphere zones — front bar, dining salon, and vinyl-listening nook — within a single ground-floor lease. In Benimaclet, a brunch-to-dinner concept for a young chef couple prioritised flexible seating and a visible bake station without expanding beyond the existing kitchen footprint.
Coastal and marina commissions
Seaside venues face salt, wind, and seasonal swing that inland briefs ignore. Our portfolio includes a marina restaurant concept in Gandía where terrace seating connects to an interior that reads equally well in empty February and packed August weekends. Material specifications emphasised corrosion-resistant hardware, awning integration, and floor transitions that handle sand without becoming a maintenance burden.
What each project delivered
Every portfolio entry represents a concept-phase package: narrative, layout, materials, lighting mood, and presentation boards ready for investor or landlord review. We do not publish construction photography or post-opening imagery without client consent. Portfolio projects ranged from focused bar concepts at €8,500 to full restaurant programmes at €18,000–€32,000 depending on room count and BOH complexity.
